Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX: EM1) (“ Emerge ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce its partnership with Detonator Media Group (“Detonator”) in South Africa. Detonator is a media and marketing agency with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg; and has partnerships in Lagos, Nairobi, New York and London. The partnership between Detonator and Emerge will help facilitate the launch of Arcade X’s Corporate Tournament and Sponsorship Revenue Model into South Africa.

Corporate Tournament and Sponsorship Revenue Model
This partnership is in line with the Emerge’s strategy to roll out the Corporate Tournament and Sponsorship revenue model. Under this model, Emerge receives revenue for providing ‘Tournament Hosting and Support Services’ and benefits from the ‘no cost’ gamer registration on the platform as a result of Corporate Brands marketing to drive gamers to the Arcade X platform to enter sponsored tournaments. The revenue model offers corporates both AAA eSports game titles under ‘Arcade X eSports’ and casual games under ‘Arcade X Mobi’. The benefit to Emerge is revenue generation and ‘no cost’ community growth on the Arcade X platform.
Detonator and Emerge will jointly offer major corporate brands this service and opportunity and are optimistic for the generation of future business.

This partnership has established a benchmark commercial relationship which can be rolled out in the international expansion of Arcade X through building country gaming communities.
