Emerge Increases African Footprint with Revenue Share Distribution Agreement

Highlights:

• Distribution Agreement signed with mobile Value-Added Services solution and content provider Petrimex - allowing further penetration into Africa

• Agreement allows Emerge to leverage existing partnerships with significant telco operator Orange Telecom and other large telecommunications companies with established networks across Africa

• Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Rwanda and DRC are now added to Emerge’s African stable

• Partnership gives Emerge access to an additional ~140 million potential subscribers in Africa, bringing Emerge’s total exposure in Africa to ~490 million people (40% of the continent’s population)

• Emerge to gain 70% revenue share under the Agreement

Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX: EM1) (“Emerge Gaming” or the “Company” ) is pleased to advise that it has executed a distribution agreement with Petrimex to accelerate the rollout of Arcade X technology into new geographies for the Company.

Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”)

Under the Agreement, Emerge Gaming grants Petrimex a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license to use its Arcade X technology. The Agreement allows Emerge Gaming to leverage Petrimex’ established connections with some of the largest Mobile Network Operators (“MNOs”) to expand the Arcade X userbase.

Petrimex is a leading partner of Orange Telecom over Orange's mobile Value-Added Services delivery platform in Africa and via this partnership, Emerge Gaming will enter four new countries i.e. Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Rwanda and DRC where the Arcade X platform will be marketed to up to 140 million potential subscribers.

The Agreement does not provide exclusivity to Petrimex. Each country will be assessed on a regionby-region basis and should the partnership prove successful in bringing users onto the Arcade X platform, Emerge Gaming will then assess the option of granting exclusivity.

The term of the agreement is one year with specific KPI’s and targets that are to be met by Petrimex. Gross profits (after expenses) will be shared between the partners with 70% to Emerge Gaming as the technology partner and 30% to Petrimex as the marketing and distribution partner.

Emerge Gaming’s Chief Executive Officer, Greg Stevens commented:

Outlook

The partnership with Petrimex is complimentary to Emerge Gaming’s current strategic direction and ensures a faster rollout and integration into the emerging markets of Africa. The regions earmarked by Petrimex for distribution were not previously included in the Company’s growth plans and as such, ensures maximum exposure of the Arcade X technology to the African market and will aid in meeting revenue targets.
