Emerge Gaming Limited – Reinstatement to Official Quotation

Description

The suspension of trading in the securities of Emerge Gaming Limited (the ‘Company’) is expected to lift and the Company reinstated to official quotation at the commencement of trading on Wednesday 18 April 2018 AEST at 8am, following its re-compliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. The Company raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 8 January 2018 (‘Replacement Prospectus’) by the issue of 250,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.02 per share and 62,500,000 quoted options exercisable at $0.02 per option expiring on or before the day that is 3 years from the date the Company’s securities are reinstated (being 18 April 2018).
