STATEMENT OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE
The capital structure of Emerge Gaming Limited (ACN 004 766 376) (formerly Arrowhead Resources Limited) ( Company ) following completion of the acquisition of Gaming Battle Ground Pty Ltd (ACN 616 572 144) ( GBG ) and the issue of securities pursuant to the replacement prospectus dated 8 January 2018 ( Prospectus ) is set out below.
