EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Arrowhead Resources Limited (“Arrowhead”) advises that the suspension of trading in its securities will remain in place pending an announcement regarding a significant acquisition.

We anticipate that the voluntary suspension will remain in place until not later than the commencement of trading on Monday 8 May 2017.
