Resignation of Director – Mr Robert Hersov

Emerge Gaming Limited, (ASX: EM1) ("Emerge" or the "Company") a leading provider of competitive casual gaming and eSports technology and products advises that Non-Executive Director, Mr Robert Hersov, has tendered his resignation from the board with effect from 29 January 2022.

The Board would like to thank Mr Hersov for his service to the Company.
