Emerge Gaming appoints Leading Entrepreneur and Investor Robert Hersov to the Board

Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX: EM1) ("Emerge" or the "Company"), the operator of eSports and gaming technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Hersov to its Board as Non-Executive Director.

Robert is a South African entrepreneur and private investor who has founded and owns a number of companies in the media, sport and finance sectors. He is chairman and founder of Invest Africa, African Capital Investments, African Gold Acquisition Corp and Alternative Capital and serves on a number of advisory boards including as deputy-Chairman of VistaJet. Robert also founded Marquis Jet Europe (sold to NetJets), Adoreum and Sportal,a leading company in the dotcom boom, acquiring rights to host official websites of Europe's leading football clubs (including Real Madrid, Juventus, AC Milan and Bayer Munich as well as several other sports).

He served on the Board of Richemont, was CEO of Telepiu (Italy) and worked alongside Rupert Murdoch at News Corp (New York). He has worked as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs (NY) and Morgan Stanley (London).

Robert graduated from the University of Cape Town (B.Bus.Sc.Hons) and attained his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Robert is a regular public speaker, panellist, moderator, podcaster and interviewer/interviewee. He also founded and hosts "The Lion Cage".
