CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND ASX CODE

Emerge Gaming Limited (the “ Company ”), formerly Arrowhead Resources Ltd, is pleased to advise that the change of company name previously approved by shareholders at the general meeting held on 9 October 2017 has been completed.

Along with the name change, the ASX stock ticker code of the Company has changed to EM1 effective today 17 April 2018. The Company’s listed options will trade with the ticker code EM1O .

The Company also confirms that it will be reinstated to trading on the ASX at 10AM on Wednesday, 18 April 2018 .

With completion of the relisting, Mr Bert Mondello, Mr Gregory Stevens and Mr Jonathan Hart are appointed as the Company’s new Board and Mr Derek Hall is appointed as Company Secretary.

Concurrently, Mr Michael Rosenstreich and Mr John Kenny resign as directors and Mr Rowan Caren resigns as Company Secretary.

The new Board extends its thanks to Mr Rosenstreich, Mr Kenny and Mr Caren for their efforts in guiding the Company through to completion of this transaction.

Lastly, the Company advises that it has changed the address of its registered office and principal place of business and its new contact details are:
