ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

The Company advises that Mr Michael Blakiston was appointed an alternate director for Mr Jon Starink prior to the commencement of today's Annual General Meeting. Mr Blakiston resigned at the conclusion of the meeting.

An appendix 3X and an appendix 3Z in respect of Mr Blakiston's interests in the securities of Gippsland follow.
