ADDENDUM TO THE 2014 ANNUAL REPORT

Release Date: 9 January 2015

Gippsland Limited (ASX: GIP or the Company) is pleased to provide additional information to the Company's 2014 Annual Report in accordance with Listing Rule 5.21.

2014 Annual Report – Page 8: EXPLORATION AND MINERAL RESOURCES

Review of Material Changes

The Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve inventory is dated 30 September 2014. The only change in the inventory compared to the 30 June 2014 is that a small amount of tin concentrate was produced prior to the closure of the Abu Dabbab placer tin project in late September.

Abu Dabbab Ore Reserves

A key component of the updated feasibility study planned to be completed in early 2015 is an updated mine plan, schedule and budget that will generate a revised ore reserve for the Project. Therefore the Company has decided not to include the Abu Dabbab Ore Reserves in the current Ore Reserve inventory. In the 2013 inventory, all of the Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources were converted to the Ore Reserves status leaving only Inferred Mineral Resources remaining in the Mineral Resource category. With the demotion of the Ore Reserves the Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources have been reinstated.

Abu Dabbab Placer Tin Deposit

The project was closed in early September 2014 due to productivity issues. Consequently no Mineral Resources have been included in the current Mineral Resource inventory.

Seiga Gold Deposit – Inferred Mineral Resources

The Wadi Allaqi Project consists of nine small Exploration Licences located approximately 160 km southeast of Aswan in the south-western part of the Eastern Desert of Egypt held by Gippsland's 100% subsidiary, Nubian Resources Plc. These Exploration Licences have a total area of 144 km2 . The status of these tenements is in dispute with EMRA which the Company plans to resolve through the grant of a large Exploration Licence area that encompasses all of the disputed tenements. This application for a 980 km2 tenement is pending. On this basis the Company is removing the Seiga Inferred Mineral Resource data from the Company's Mineral Resource inventory.

The tables below set out the Mineral Resources and Ore Reserve comparatives for 2013 and 2014.
