Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Streamplay Studio Limited (“Streamplay” or the “Company”) (ASX: SP8), advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024.
In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Tuesday, 15 October 2024. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (WST) on this date.
Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course.
