Annual General Meeting – Key Dates
Emerge Gaming Limited (ASX: EM1) (“Emerge” or the “Company” ), advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 29 November 2022 at 2:00pm (WST) at 283 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, WA. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Company’s Constitution, the Company advises that the closing date for Director nominations is close of business Tuesday, 18 October 2022.
