CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Stream Ideas Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) published on 17 March 2023 in relation to business update and clarification announcement (the ‘‘Announcement’’).

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of the Company wishes to clarify that there was a typographical error under the paragraph headed ‘‘Clarification Announcement’’ of the English version of the Announcement, which is hereby revised as follows:

‘‘Reference is made to the announcements of the Company published on 14 March 2023 in relation to (i) the resignation of executive director and independent non-executive director; and (ii) list of directors and their roles and functions.’’

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises four executive directors, namely Ms. Cheung Lee, Mr. Law Ka Kin, Mr. Lee Wing Leung Garlos and Mr. Leung Wai Lun; and three independent non-executive directors, namely Mr. Kwan Chi Hong, Mr. Fenn David and Mr. Ho Ho Tung Armen.

This announcement, for which the directors of the Company collectively and individually accept full responsibility, includes particulars given in compliance with the GEM Listing Rules for the purpose of giving information with regard to the Company.
