CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Stream Ideas Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that Ms. Leung Shuk Yi Shirley (‘‘Ms. Leung’’) and Ms. Ngai Kit Fong (‘‘Ms. Ngai’’) have resigned as joint company secretaries of the Company with effect from 31 March 2020.

Ms. Leung and Ms. Ngai have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board and there are no circumstances related to their resignation which need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Ms. Kung Wai Yin (‘‘Ms. Kung’’) has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 31 March 2020.

Ms. Kung received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Enterprise Engineering with Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ms. Kung is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Kung has over 6 years of experience in accounting, finance and audit. Ms. Kung has worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, an international professional services firm in Hong Kong, with the last position working as an audit manager, from January 2016 to January 2020.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express gratitude to Ms. Leung and Ms. Ngai for their contribution to the Company during their tenure of service and welcome Ms. Kung on her new appointment.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board of Directors comprises four executive Directors, namely Ms. Cheung Lee, Mr. Law Ka Kin, Mr. Lee Wing Leung Garlos and Mr. Leung Wai Lun; one non-executive Director, namely Mr. Lin Hung Yuan; and three independent non-executive Directors, namely Mr. Kwan Chi Hong, Mr. Fenn David and Mr. Ho Ho Tung Armen.
