In accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006 we hereby give you formal notice of our resignation as auditors to the company with immediate effect.

We acknowledge receipt of your subsequent correspondence informing us of your intention to appoint new auditors to the above-named company.

We consider the following circumstance connected with our resignation should be brought to the notice of members or creditors of the company. A copy of this letter should be sent by the directors to every person entitled to receive a copy of the accounts under the Companies Act 2006.

We have tendered our resignation as auditors of Satsuma Technology Plc, a UK Public Interest Entity, following a breakdown in the professional relationship with management.

A copy of this statement will be sent to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the requirements of section 521 of the Companies Act 2006. In addition, a copy of this statement will be sent to the Financial Reporting Council in accordance with the requirements of section 522 of the Companies Act 2006. You should consider your own obligation to report to the Financial Reporting Council in order to comply with the requirements of section 523 of the Companies Act 2006.
