On April 15, 2016, Stratus Properties Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing a letter from its Board of Directors to its stockholders highlighting the Company’s progress on its five-year strategic plan and outlining the accomplishments of the Company’s management team. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
