I am the author of the independent technical report dated November 10, 2021, with an effective date of July 9, 2021, entitled “ NI 43-101 Technical Report for the 939 Property, Northwest Territories, Canada ” (the “ Technical Report ”) referred to in the final long form prospectus(the “ Prospectus ”) of StrategX Elements Corp. (the “ Company ”) dated December 17, 2021.

I hereby consent to the use of my name and references to excerpts from the Technical Report both in the Prospectus and through incorporation by reference in the Prospectus. I further consent to the filing of the Technical Report with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities, any stock exchange and any other regulatory authority and any publication by them for regulatory purposes, including SEDAR flings and electronic publication in the public company files on their websites accessible by the public.
