Notice of Annual General Meeting

Strategic Minerals plc (AIM: SML; USOTC: SMCDF), an international mineral exploration and production company, announces that the Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at the offices of Moore Kingston Smith LLP, 9 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2AP at 11.00 a.m. on 24 June 2026.

Today, the Notice of AGM along with a form of proxy and the Company's Report and Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2025 were posted to shareholders and are available to view on the Company's website at: www.strategicminerals.net. 

Forms of proxy must be completed, signed and returned so as to be received by the Company's Registrars by no later than 11.00 a.m. on 22 June 2026.  Full details are set out in the Notice of AGM.
