Directorate Changes

Further to the statement made in the Company’s Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2022, the Company announces that Richard Hills, the Chairman of the Company, will retire from the Board with effect from 9 November 2022.  Richard has served as a non-executive director of the Company since 5 March 2014 and as Chairman since 18 September 2014. The Board would like to take the opportunity to thank Richard for his long-term leadership and will miss his valued contribution.

The Board is pleased to announce that William Barlow, currently a non-executive director of the Company, will succeed Richard on 9 November 2022.
