SER Shares Trading Ex‐Entitlement

Following Court approval yesterday of the scheme of arrangement for the 80% demerger of Tarcoola Gold Limited (“Tarcoola”) from SER (“Demerger Scheme”), SER wishes to advise that its shares are now trading ex‐entitlement.

As previously disclosed, the issue of Tarcoola shares to the value of 80% of Tarcoola (“Tarcoola Shares”) will be issued to eligible SER shareholders who are on the share register at the Record Date of 24 April 2012. The issue date for the Tarcoola Shares is 27 April 2012.
