pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG on 15 January 2015, that on 15 January
2015 the share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld,
Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 went above the threshold of 3% and that the
percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 3.02% (356,478 voting
rights).

Of these voting rights 3.02% (356,478 voting rights) are attributable to
