Correction of the release dated April 30, 2014

Hermann Leistner, Germany, notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the
German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that his share of the voting rights in
STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 15,
20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 25.79% on this date (3,035,456
voting rights). Of these, 9.69% (1,140,000 voting rights) are attributable
to him via Herdor GmbH & Co. KG and Herdor Beteiligungs GmbH pursuant to
sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG). A further 15.72% (1,850,000 voting rights) are attributable to him
via Tanja van Dinter, Bettina Siegle, and Ralf Leistner pursuant to sec. 22
para 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that her share of the voting rights in
STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, exceeded the thresholds of 15,
20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and amounted to 25.74% on this date (3,030,235
voting rights). Of these, 9.69% (1,140,000 voting rights) are attributable
to her via Herdor GmbH & Co. KG and Herdor Beteiligungs GmbH pursuant to
sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG). A further 15.72% (1,850,000 voting rights) are attributable to her
via Tanja van Dinter, Bettina Siegle, and Ralf Leistner pursuant to sec. 22
para 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

Herdor Beteiligungs GmbH, Unterschleissheim, Germany, notified us pursuant
to sec. 21 para 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that its
share of the voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany,
exceeded the thresholds of 10, 15, 20 and 25% on April 27, 2014 and
amounted to 25.40% on this date (2,990,000 voting rights). Of these, 9.69%
(1,140,000 voting rights) are attributable to it via Herdor GmbH & Co. KG
pursuant to sec. 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG). A further 15.72% (1,850,000 voting rights) are
attributable to it via Tanja van Dinter, Bettina Siegle, and Ralf Leistner
pursuant to sec. 22 para 2 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
