Correction of the voting rights notification dated 21 May 2013

1. Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited

On 22 May 2013 Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London, UK,
has sent us the following correction of their voting rights notification
dated 21 May 2013:

Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, London, UK, has notified us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 16 May 2013 the share of voting
rights in STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001
went above the threshold of 5% and that the percentage of voting rights on
that day amounted to 5.002% (587,127 voting rights). Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings Limited has notified us that these voting rights of
5.002% (587,127 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights were attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings
Limited inter alia from Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, being a
shareholder holding 3% or more of the voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical
AG.

us the following correction of their voting rights notification dated 21

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, London, UK, has notified us pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 16 May 2013 the share of voting rights in
STRATEC Biomedical AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 went above
the threshold of 5% and that the percentage of voting rights on that day
amounted to 5.002% (587,127 voting rights). Threadneedle Asset Management
Limited has notified us that these voting rights of 5.002% (587,127 voting
rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

The voting rights were attributed to Threadneedle Asset Management Limited
inter alia from Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, being a shareholder
