With letter dated May 29, 2012, Allianz Global Investors
Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) as follows:

'We hereby give notice pursuant to section 21 (1) sentence 1 of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that our voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical
AG,
Gewerbestr. 37, 75217 Birkenfeld, fell below the threshold of 3% on May 24,
2012 and on that day amount to 2.84% of all voting rights of the Company
(this reflects 331,547 of all 11,674,895 voting rights).

With respect to our voting rights, 0.01% of all voting rights (this
reflects 1,437 of all 11,674,895 voting rights) are attributed to us
pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 number 6 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG).'
