§ 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 2 February 2010, that on 28 January 2010 the share of
voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN:
DE0007289001, went above the threshold of 5% and that the percentage of
voting rights on that day amounted to 5.175% (592,302 shares). These voting
rights are directly held by Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC.

pursuant to § 21 sec. 1 WpHG on 2 February 2010, that on 28 January 2010
the share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG, Birkenfeld,

percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 5.175% (592,302

of voting rights on that day amounted to 5.571% (637,670 shares). These
