retroactively pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG on 27 May 2010, that on 2
January 2009 the share of voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG,
Birkenfeld, Germany, ISIN: DE0007289001 exceeded the threshold of 3% and
that the percentage of voting rights on that day amounted to 4.55% (520,052
votings rights).

All voting rights in STRATEC Biomedical Systems AG were attributed to FIL
Holdings Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection

above the threshold of 3% and that the percentage of voting rights on that
