NickelX Limited (ASX: NKL) – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation

Description

NickelX Limited (‘NKL’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Thursday, 6 May 2021.

Official quotation of NKL’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 11.30 AM AEST on Friday, 7 May 2021.

NKL raised $7,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 16 March 2021 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 35,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
