Straker's Directors have authorised the Company to issue 327,600 options under the 2020 LTI Employee Share Option Plan to employees listed in a resolution for the exercise price of $A0.45 cents per share. All options vest over three years, one third vest 12 months after issuance, another third vest 24 months after issuance and the final third vest 36 months after issuance. All options lapse six years after the date of each vesting. The issuance of these Options to a Director and a related party of a Director were approved by shareholders at the Company¿s Annual Meeting held on 20 August 2025.
