Straker Translations Directors have authorised the Company to issue 697,800 options under the 2020 LTI Employee Share Option Plan to employees listed in a resolution for the exercise price of $A1.15. Options for Business Unit Managers while allocated will only be earned upon sucessful completion of agreed performance hurdles.
