Straker Translations Directors have authorised the Company to issue 1,071,700 options under the 2020 LTI Employee Shre Option Plan to employees listed in a resolution for the exercise price of $1.83, which will vest over 3 years. Options for Business Unit Managers while allocated will only be earned upon sucessful completion of agreed performance hurdles.
