NOTIFICATION OF RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SHARES FROM ESCROW
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Straker Translations Limited ( ASX: STG ) ( Company ) advises that a total of 398,830 fully paid ordinary shares currently held in voluntary escrow are due for release as follows:
-
80,000 fully paid ordinary shares are due for release on 10 June 2020; and
-
318,830 fully paid ordinary shares are due for release on 18 June 2020.
