Number & class of securities

• 1,533,870 ordinary shares in Straker Translations Limited. These shares are held by the Donovan Family Trust, the trustees of which include Stephen Patrick Donovan, who is also a beneficiary of the Trust. The remaining trustees are Sandra Helen Donovan and Julie Carolyn Ullness. These shares are escrowed until the release to ASX of the Company’s half-year FY20 financial results.

• 125,790 ordinary shares in Straker Translations Limited are owned by the AG Trust. Stephen Patrick Donovan is a Trustee of the Trust, but is not a beneficiary of the Trust. The other Trustees are Andrew Nugent and CB Trustees Limited.

• 41,960 unexercised and unlisted options over ordinary shares in Straker Translations Limited, issued October 2014 (with an exercise price of NZ$0.596)

• 25,000 unexercised and unlisted options over ordinary shares in Straker Translations Limited, issued September 2018 (with an exercise price of AU$1.51)
