Straker Translations Limited (ASX: STG) – Completion of dispatch of Retail Entitlement Offer and Ineligible Shareholder documents

Further to the announcements on 2 and 4 June 2021, Straker Translations Limited (ASX: STG) is pleased to announced the below documents will be despatched today:

a copy of the Retail Entitlement Offer information booklet dated 9 June 2021 ( Offer Booklet and a personalised entitlement and acceptance form, to each Eligible Retail Shareholder; and
a letter to each Ineligible Shareholder, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.7.1(b).

A copy of the Offer Booklet (without an entitlement and acceptance form) and the ineligible shareholder letter have been released to ASX today.

In accordance with the timetable previously announced, the Retail Entitlement Offer opens today and will close at 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday, 21 June 2021 (subject to any variation or extension).

The documents will be despatched by either email or post, depending on each shareholder’s communication election for their STG securities. For those Shareholders who have previously elected to receive communications via post, please note that the receipt of the Offer Booklet and entitlement and acceptance form may be delayed given Australia post delays currently experienced across Australia.
