Description
Straker Translations Limited (‘STG’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) on Friday, 19 October 2018.
Official quotation of STG’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12 PM AEDT on Monday, 22 October 2018.
STG raised approximately $21.2 million pursuant to the offer under its Prospectus for further details dated 26 September 2018 (‘Prospectus for further details’) by the issue of 12,185,430 ordinary shares each fully paid at an issue price of $1.51 per share, and the sale of 1,871,689 ordinary shares each fully paid by Straker SaleCo Pty Ltd at a sale price of $1.51 per share.
