Straker Limited (ASX: STG) – Director Resignation and Appointment
Auckland, New Zealand – 1 May 2025 – Straker Limited (ASX: STG) ("Straker" or the "Company"), a global leader in AI-powered language technology solutions, today announces the resignation of Mr. James Johnstone as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Johnstone for his valuable contribution, dedication, and insights during his tenure. His guidance has been appreciated as Straker has substantially evolved its offering in the dynamic language technology sector.
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Helen Foley as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Ms. Foley is the Chief Financial Officer at Bailador Technology Investments (ASX: BTI), a leading Australian technology growth capital fund and a significant shareholder in Straker.
Ms. Foley brings extensive experience in technology investment, strategy, and governance. Her deep understanding of the technology landscape and growth-oriented businesses will be a significant asset to Straker.
Ms Foley will also join the Company's People and Culture Committee.
