Company Secretary Appointment/Resignation

Straker Translations Limited (ASX: STG) advises that Sally McDow has resigned as Company Secretary of STG. The Board thanks Ms McDow for her hard work and dedication.

STG is pleased to announce Matilda Emmanuel, In House Counsel, has been appointed Company Secretary effective 1 July 2023. Ms Emmanuel has more than 20 years’ experience in Legal Executive, Legal Advisor, In House Counsel, Commercial Officer, and Privacy Officer roles.
