Change of Company Secretary
Straker Limited (ASX: STG) advises that Matilda Emmanuel has resigned as Company Secretary of STG effective today. Ms Emmanuel has been a dedicated and valuable member of our team, and the Board of Directors would like to extend their sincere appreciation for her help and guidance during her tenure.
STG has appointed its Chief Financial Officer, David Ingram, as Company Secretary effective immediately. Mr Ingram is the person nominated under Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with ASIC with regard to Listing Rule matters.
