CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Straker Translations Limited (ASX: STG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Sally McDow as Company Secretary. Ms. McDow is an experienced company secretary, admitted as a solicitor (QLD) and holds an MBA and a corporate governance diploma. The appointment follows the resignation of Ms. Laura Newell as Company Secretary due to an internal promotion at Boardroom. The Board would like to thank Ms. Newell for her valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
