Katrina Johnson Resigns as Straker Director

Straker Translations Limited (ASX: STG), wishes to advise that Katrina Johnson has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 14 April 2020. Katrina has taken up an operational executive position with an ASX 100 company and is no longer able to serve as a non-executive director of Straker.

Straker Chair, Phil Norman, expressed his thanks to Katrina for her valuable service since appointment in July 2018, during which time Straker has completed an IPO, undertaken several acquisitions and grown its revenues substantially.

Mr Norman advised that the Company will replace Katrina when the COVID-19 pandemic subsides.
