Straker CFO Appointment

Straker Translations Limited (ASX:STG) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Ingram as Chief Financial Officer commencing on 3 August 2020.

Straker Translations CEO, Grant Straker, stated “I’m pleased to welcome David to Straker Translations. He has a broad financial and commercial background, international experience, considerable high-tech knowledge, as well as public company experience - all of which we believe will be invaluable as Straker Translations continues to grow as a world-leading Ai data-driven language translation business”.

Mr Ingram has an extensive finance career and diverse background across listed, private equity backed and privately owned companies. Most recently, he was CFO at Ultra Commerce, a digital commerce software business, and prior to this, CFO at ASX/NZX listed Gentrack and CFO of Zeacom (now part of Enghouse Systems). Mr Ingram is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BMS from The University of Waikato.
