APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Straker Translations Limited ( STG ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Newell of BoardRoom Pty Limited as Company Secretary.

Ms Newell is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia. She holds a Bachelor degree in Law and a Masters in Law and Corporate Governance. Her experience includes performing the Company Secretary role at a number of ASX-listed, NSX-listed and unlisted public entities.
