Straker 2024 Annual General Meeting & Director Nominations

Straker Limited (ASX: STG) announces that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 27 August 2024 at 02.00 pm AEST / 04.00 pm NZST.

In accordance with the Company’s constitution and ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, notice is provided that the closing date for receipt of nominations of persons to be considered for election as a director at the Annual General Meeting must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (NZST) on Wednesday 31 July 2024. Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM in a separate notice of AGM, which will be provided to shareholders shortly.
