Date of Straker 2020 Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Straker Translations Limited (ASX:STG) announces that its 2020 Annual Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 26 August 2020 at 4:00pm (NZST) in Auckland, New Zealand. Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Straker advises that the closing date for nominations for directors will be 8 July 2020. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZST) on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting, and should be accompanied by consent in writing of the person nominated and contain sufficient information to enable shareholders to make an informed decision as to whether or not to elect the candidate.
