NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CORPORATE STRUCTURE PURSUANT TO SECTION 4.9 OF NATIONAL INSTRUMENT 51-102

Item 1: Name of the Parties to the Transaction

Storm Resources Ltd. (" Storm ") and Canadian Natural Resources Limited (" CNRL ").

Item 2: Description of the Transaction

On December 17, 2021, CNRL and Storm completed a plan of arrangement in accordance with section 193 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) (the " Arrangement ") and pursuant to which CNRL acquired ownership and control of 112,779,400 common shares (" Storm Shares ") of Storm, representing 100% of the issued and outstanding Storm Shares.

Upon completion of the Arrangement, the Storm Shares were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange on December 22, 2021. Effective January 1, 2022, CNRL and Storm, among others, completed a vertical short form amalgamation in accordance with section 184 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) and continued as CNRL (the " Amalgamation ").

Item 3: Effective Date of the Transaction

January 1, 2022.

Item 4: Names of Each Party, if any, that Ceased to be a Reporting Issuer After the Transaction and of Each Continuing Party

As a result of the Amalgamation, Storm is no longer a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction. CNRL continues to be a reporting issuer in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Québec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland.
