Notification of Major Shareholdings in Storebrand ASA by Allianz Global Investors GmbH 19.04.2022
Allianz Global Investors GmbH is an investment company in accordance with § 17 paragraph 1 of the German Capital Investment Act. Allianz Global Investors GmbH (“AllianzGI”) acts in the capacity of discretionary investment manager for several funds and managed accounts and is entitled to exercise voting rights on their behalf.
In this capacity, AllianzGI has on 19th April 2022 disposed of 723,665 Storebrand ASA (NO0003053605) shares. Consequently, the number of shares and voting rights owned by the funds and accounts under management by AllianzGI has crossed below the 5% threshold. AllianzGI now manages 23,067,348 Storebrand ASA shares with voting rights attached. This equates to 4.887% of the total number of shares issued by, and the voting rights of, Storebrand ASA.
