Corr* Disclosure of Large Shareholding Acquisition in Storebrand ASA

Allianz Global Investors GmbH is an investment company in accordance with § 17 paragraph 1 of the German Capital Investment Act. Allianz Global Investors GmbH (“AllianzGI”) acts in the capacity of discretionary investment manager for several funds and managed accounts and is entitled to exercise voting rights on their behalf.

In this capacity, AllianzGI has on 8th April 2019 acquired *107,582 Storebrand ASA (NO0003053605) shares. Consequently, the number of shares and voting rights owned by the funds and accounts under management by AllianzGI has reached the 5% threshold. AllianzGI now manages *23,319,143 Storebrand ASA shares with voting rights attached. This equates to 4.984% of the total number of shares issued by, and 5.00% of the voting rights of, Storebrand ASA.
