In relation to Storebrand's scheme for remuneration paid as shares of 21 August

2020 (https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/511867), Storebrand ASA has today sold

a total of 7 538 shares to employees at NOK 52.10 per share. After this

transaction Storebrand ASA holds a total of 416,255 own shares.
