STOREBRAND BANK ASA - SALE AND BUYBACK OF BONDS

Storebrand Bank ASA announces that it has sold bonds with an aggregate nominal

value of NOK 500 million in the loan STORK17 (ISIN NO0010936917) and has

acquired bonds with a nominal value of NOK 500 million in the loan STORK18 (ISIN

NO0011073140). Both bond issues are issued by Storebrand Boligkreditt AS.
