STOREBRAND BANK ASA - Issue and purchase of bonds

Storebrand Boligkreditt AS has today issued a new NOK 5,000 million bond ISIN

NO0010894199 with maturity 25.06.2025. Storebrand Bank ASA has bought NOK 3,500

million of the issue.

Storebrand Boligkreditt AS has bought back NOK 2,325 million of bond STORK12 -

ISIN NO0010760192 with maturity 16.06.2021. Outstanding in the bond will be NOK

1,675 million after the buyback.
