New issue of Covered Bond

Storebrand Boligkreditt has mandated DNB Markets and SEB to investigate the

possibility of launching a NOK Covered Bond FRN maturing June 2023. The deal is

expected to be rated AAA by

S&P, backed 100% by Norwegian residential mortgages. The transaction is expected

to be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions.
